This wine is a blend of 60% old Carignan vines and 40% Grenache vines.
The
Carignan is aged in barrel for 7 months.
The wine has a brilliant crimson colour. Its nose is slightly wild, reminiscent
of the garrigue and of black fruit.
The palate is full and plump, with firm
tannins.
It will age well and is the perfect accompaniment to a rack of lamb.
